Get Ready for Game Day with London St. George's

Open to all high school athletes

Join us weekly this winter as we bring you a variety of sessions and guest coaches to help you develop your skills.

Come ready yourself for the upcoming high school and club seasons.

Open to all high school aged athletes who are registered with the club already. Rugby Ontario/Club registration is required as some sessions will contain contact skills.

From passing to lineouts, tackles to scrums. We are excited to help you take your game to the next level.

Cost and Sign-Up

Cost - $125, will include a training shirt

Deposit of $50 due asap (December 15th). Full amount due by January 3rd.

Training Dates

Training will be on various date through the months of December-March. Locations do vary depending on the date and will be communicated to the athletes.

14 - Carling CC 4-5pm
21 - Carling CC 4-6pm
30 - Carling CC 12-1pm

January

3 - Centrefield Sports 3:30-5pm
8 - Carling CC 4-5:30pm
12 - South London CC 3-5pm
19 - South London CC 4-6pm
24 - TBD 6-8pm
29 - Centrefield Sports 4:30-6pm

February

3, 7, 10 - TBD 6-8pm
16 - South London CC 4-6pm
21 - TBD 6-8pm
26 - Centrefield Sports 4:30-6pm

March

1 - Carling CC 5:30-8:30pm

Equipment

Most of the training sessions will be in gym spaces. Proper footwear is a must. Please no marking shoes allowed. The few sessions at Centrefield (turf) athletes are encouraged to wear non-metal cleats.

Please remember to bring water and mouth guards to all sessions, along with a shirt you don't mind doing contact drills in.
