Welcome
London St. George's runs teams for both Women and Men in their respective Rugby Ontario top leagues. Our men play in the Marshall division and the women in the OWL. We are always on the look out for new members to help us reach our goals each season. If you're interested in joining LSG see below for all the information you'll need.
Women's Rugby
Winning the NRU Cup in 2018 and 2019 and NRU championship in 2017-2019 with an undefeated season in 2019 our ladies joined the OWL for the 2023 season after placing 2nd in the NRU in 2022
Practising Tuesday and Thursday nights at the club and games on Saturdays.
We will be looking to field two sides during the season
Our ladies program has a broad range of backgrounds and experience levels. All are welcome to join!

Men's Rugby
Our Men's team have been competing in the Marshall Division for several seasons. They Were McCormick Cup runners up in 2012 and Consolation Wins in 2018.
Fielding two teams every weekend as well as an old boys squad on occasion. Our men's side is a great mix of all abilities and ages.
We practice on Tuesdays and Thursday and play on Saturdays.
